Apricot + Brie Crostini

Ingredients:
One baguette
Brie (either a large wheel or the small bite-sized wheels from Trader Joe's)
1/3 to 1/2 cup apricot jam or your preferred jam/preserves
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Slice the baguette into 1/2" slices and place on a baking sheet.
Add a slice of brie to each baguette slice and toss in the oven for 6-7 minutes; or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is soft & melted.
While still hot, carefully spread each piece with a layer of jam or preserves.
